Thanks for the data entry, I'll do it next clip I find.  I ain't going near itunes until I conform to the Apple matrix some time in the future when my Droid contract is up and I get an ipad 6 (2013?).  I use realplayer to download stuff from YT (just like cassette taping off the radio) and buy the best stuff on cd.

I'm an artwork fiend also, that was the first thing that sparked my interest about the Throne, the first images were intricate and compelling.  That's one thing Kanye has maintained in the game is an exploration of art forms from cover art (Graduation & especailly Dark Twisted Fantasy), fashion to furniture design.

^^^ ha just listening to my comp of LD's stuff and felt the same way, seriously.  It doesn't boom in the ride but slowly the vibe is infecting me.
= Watch The Throne is growing on me.  At first listen I was like ummm.... but after a few more listens it's cool.  Jay & Kanye make stronger songs apart but this is not bad and getting better so far.

Well I am listening to these artists and one special You Tube Group

1. The Dears - Regeneration Street - 2011 one of the best albums of the year period

2. New York Dolls -st - 1973

3 The Jets - Magic - 1987 - Hey I never lost my teenaged love of  pop- funk family groups

4. The Sylvers - New Directions -  1978 -Leon Sylvers is a fuckin genuis and the only one who can make a Rickenbacker 4001 sound funky

And my get happy group The PS22 5th grade Chorus of Staten Island New York, I love listening to their heavenly voices covering everything from the Cure, Smiths and various other artists.

I copped the thundercat joint yesterday i have yet to listen to it. Bout to throw it on shortly. Apparently erykah badu really likes it according to her facebook feed *shrugs*. Right now I'm rocking the album Coastal Grooves by Blood Orange aka the new Dev Hines(Testicles, Lightspeed Champion) project. It's aiigit. Like some mellow post punk with surf guitar choruses. I'll let you know what i think of thundercat. BTW, I'm feeling that The Weeknd album, Thursday that's a free download on here. It's like a new genre, experimental gothic  R& B maybe?

The Golden Age Of Apocalypse - Thundercat

You could categorize his debut album as jazz fusion. Overall I give it a B- because I don't think his sound is mature yet.

The smith's is what I'm jamming this morning.

The Decemberists- "When the War Came" from The Crane Wife.

You find out something new everyday and today I found this...

Alien Kulture an Asian punk band from 1979- they are raw but very much in the spirit of the time.

Ignored by the mianstream media, but John Peel liked 'em. Check out - Airport Arrest

Beulah.  I could listen to that album When Your Heartstrings Break over and over again all day long.  The Coast Is Never Clear is awesome too!
