how much does it matter to you to see black faces in your audience?

did you consciously make a choice to have black people in your band? (if yes, why?)

how do you feel about the label 'afropunk'?

how did you hear about the film 'afropunk'?

how would you like your music to affect, specifically, your black fans?

if you had a pack of starbursts and someone asked you for a strawberry one, would you give it to them? is strawberry your favorite?

as a black artist, do you feel any pressure to either include or exclude certain themes in your lyrics?

what's the highlight of being included in the afropunk festival so far? what do you hope to add to the mix?
