AFRO-PUNK

... the other Black experience

I often hear people speak about being bicurious or being bisexual. I often wonder what is the difference? If I'm bicurious am I contemplating having a sexual encounter with a female and if I go through with it I'm bisexual. Would one be bicurious or bisexual if she is turned on by another female? I myself am very curious and I know my afropunk freaks will help me get this straight!

^^I've been calling myself a pansexual lately because I think biological sex(es) are less of a barrier to me than I originally thought they were. I'm not in the mood for men or women, I'm in the mood for everybody. It's nice to be able to be free in that respect.

^^ I like Chicks with Dicks, am I gay?

(Being serious )

Probably not. You like that they are chicks with dicks, not dudes with dicks.
But if you have a thing for dudes with vaginas. ...maybe that'd be something for the books. I'd be into that, too.

I like chicks with dicks too. Like if we were changing in the bathroom and something catches my eye. .."Is that a tail?!" That's what I'm talking about.. ..why are they so hard to find? I guess it should be like opening a present and getting a big surprise. I'd be over the moon.

OOOPS! I was thinking about the pretty trannies with boob implants and real peens! She-males. I totally forgot about the (real) women with strap-ons lol. (((walks out of thread slooowly)))

I wasn't talking about strap ons. I was talking about pretty transsexuals with dicks and hermaphrodites.
Strap ons are cool but limited. So nothing to be embarrassed about.

We just admitted we want to have sex with she-males. We're fine.
You're not gay and try not to backhandedly insult an equally morally upstanding group of the population. Transexualism can be seen as a form of body mutilation. You're trans-curious (just coined a new phrase!).

Ha! So do I. Then I guess we're both gay : )

Me, I'm purely bi. With a real vagina, moist and ready and placed in front of me, I harden up like an ox. But then also with a nicely matured manly erect dick, I harden up like an ox too. Women give me a horny female-gay feeling, but guys give me a sensual male-lesbian one. I know its complicated, but its very real. I'd doubly be satisfied with spooning a gentleman and also feel little remorse marrying a lady.

Neither my boyhood excitement nor my manhood wonderment seem to dissipate.
Gay yea or nay!

lolz word tyra did an episode on that. Thats ridiculous to me b/c their doing it for male attention. Guys act simple and b/c they want to desired by anyone they'll do it. Reminds of some topics that come up in the is book I'm reading Female Chauvinist Pigs.. its raunch culture and it makes people who are bi-curious or bi-sexual look like a joke. And your leaving men with this impression that a female's sexuality is only tied into them and is at their command and disposal. Our sexuality is as complicated and varied as their experiences and feelings.

Bicurious- not sure if they're bi, just wanting to try it out, not serious.

Bisexual- capable of actual love for anyone regardless of their gender.

It's sort of like playing vs being for real.
A lot of girls say they're bi but they're not capable of taking a woman wanting a relationship with them as seriously as they'd take a man. I've heard some real bad stories about women who were just in it to "try something different" and stringing some poor chick along and breaking her heart in the end because she doesn't consider her a real relationship.

You can go through with it, that doesn't make you bisexual.

I recently heard a name to describe girls that do that. "barsexuals"..lol
I've seen that chart before, it depicts that sexuality is more fluid than people would like to think. I think no one is strictly anything its more complex than that.Sexuality isn't black and white, and that concept freaks people out Personally I'm swaying more towards bi-curious. Women are beautiful inside and out to me.

Bisexaul since I was 14. slightly more attracted to Women....men in my area that are in the bi/gay scene are just way worse( Sexual hygiene & socially childish) than that the straight guys....*Shrudders*
I am pansexual...if I use the technical term. I usually just call myself queer, and when people need to know what that means for me regarding sexuality, I say I'm non gender specific. I can definitely have intense emotional experiences with people regardless of their gender or gender identity.

There is a major stigma on bisexual women because of, as my friend says, "barsexuals". The women that make out with other chicks in order to turn a guy on. I know quite a few lesbians that look at anyone that says they are bisexual as being one of those. It kind of irritates me. Chicks like that annoy bisexual/pansexual/omnisexual women as well.

As far as men with vaginas....love'em. Rawr!! Or gender queer/androg girls. I love gender fluidity. It turns me on. :)

To me its like this,simple

bicurious- willing to do physical things but wont actually be serious about it

bisexual- Will marry/ have a serious relationship or whatev

hmm, i'd disagree... bicurious has the lack of experience. bisexual imo just like homosexual or heterosexual merely describe sexual orientation. not necessarily how serious a person is w/ respect to romance/personal relationship.

i'm of the opinion that bisexual is limiting seeing as how there's so many expressions of gender, but the use of bisexual as a shortcut to get to what most closely resembles your personal truth is alright. whatever.  tbh i prefer to go with the most general and catchall phrase of queer.

i'm into ppl i find sexy... and the ppl i find sexy range widely. haha.
