Can anyone design logos?

Hey, APers. I need a logo for my DJ career. Does anyone design logos or have the talent to do so?
Basically what I'm looking for is my face morphed into an alien's head, you know, like the classic grey type alien. With that, my name should be in some fancy lettering, not to over the top, but cool and maybe a Shepard Fairey type graphic coloring(think of the Obama change poster). But, instead of red, white and blue, I would like red, black and green.
It would be cool if the logo could translate to a black and white color scheme as well.
That's pretty much it.I apologize in advance for posting in multiple sections. Just not sure where to post this.

Dude, that would be kool. Anything would help. What's the going rate? I've heard of folks charging 400 bucks. I ain't got that kind of money. 100 bucks is more my speed, depending on how kool the logo is. Free, is best of course. lol
