CMJ 2012

Hello everyone!

This year, CMJ has extended their artist submissions to July 10th (http://www.cmj.com/news/cmj-2012-artist-submission-deadline-extended/). This surely has allowed more bands and other artists a chance to submit. Many artists would die to get a gig at this festival, because many industry figures and entertainment, media and artts enthusiasts are expected to attend.

What do you guys think about past CMJ artists who have performed at the festival? How do you feel an Afro-punk act would fit into something like CMJ?
