Fishbone sued for alleged fan injury in stage diving incident
Fishbone is currently the subject of a lawsuit for allegedly injuring a fan when lead vocalist Angelo Moore jumped into the stage on February 23rd during a concert in Philadelphia. Forty-two-year-old Kimberly Myers, of Voorhees, NJ, claims a fractured skull, a broken collar bone and perforated eardrum when Moore jumped into the crowd The lawsuit is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.
