If you look on the Youtube page to the right of the video in the gray box there are 2 windows. One says "URL" and the other says "Embed". Click on the "Embed" window and highlight the text. Copy it and paste it into the thread. For your page, click on "add a video" and do the same when you see the empty box and the word "embed". Good luck.
