Great post JJ-M , and great presentation Christopher Boulton. I've experienced first hand the complexity of relating in that environment. It's shocking the first time, because you are so focused on the quality of your work that you forget that people are looking at you as well.. Even the MAIP hire becomes a kind of theatrical experience, during the process of getting to know the company you find yourself in.
