AFRO-PUNK

... the other Black experience

I just feel like Afro-Punk is another Hot Topic genera of music made. Clothing and accessories to sell and bullshit music to make it all have "purpose".
I just don't get why blacks think they deserve their own section of punk if their just ripping off other bands.
I've researched and listened to these crap bands, and all I hear is sampled versions of the 70's and 80's

Then to pull in truly original and ground breaking bands like Pure Hell and Bad Brains and call it Afro-Punk. When they themselves never thought of themselves more than good punk music and we jut happen to be black.

Emeniem didn't go into the business calling his music Cracker-Rap (though that woulda be funny), so I want to know, what makes you so special, how do you feel you're entitled to put the segregation wedge in punk music? Damned racists.
