He saw that shit coming, even Colichio (that judge), but they wanted to front like it wasn't pre-meditated.
That was some bullshit. It was sooo suspect they all nominated that Puerto-Rican guy to win, despite the fact that he's never won ANY quickfire, and he's consistantly had the WORST dishes. Matter of fact, he's been close to going home several times.
Home-girl that got elimated (I think her name was Tamesha) got sonned. I don't wanna say because she's 24, that she was naive (in letting Angelo, a more experienced adult, play with her emotions). But, hey... she learned. Its a competition. Not a dating show.
Kenny has rigorously been on his A-game. It bugged me out to hear some new judge criticize his skill.
I told myself (at the start of the frist ep) that if Ken gets kicked off, I'm done with the show.
Dude was a beast from the moment cameras started rolling. It'd be shocking as HELL if he & Angelo aren't neck'n'neck by the last final challenge.

As soon as he suggested that Jaclyn get naked (again), I had the feeling it was a setup. If it failed, she'd be pegged as one who uses her beauty as a crutch. But if it worked ... eh, it did work, and for obvious reasons. I don't think Miles would've been a winner tonight if Jaclyn hadn't "taken one for the team" with the nudity overkill.
I think Peregrine set Mark up as well... she was being clammy for a reason. He was the one stuck out on a limb, and he paid the price for falling for the okey-doke.
I think Abdi's dried up. A comeback isn't impossible, but I'm not expecting one.

I gotta be totally honest with you guys, I'm just about done with the whole fuckin show. I don't think Mark deserved to be eliminated. Sure, he could've dug a bit deeper and not been so "safe". But, whats NOT safe? Fingering your vagina, standing up, and then painting it?

Abdi is getting good feedback from Simone, it's a good portrait but not nature.

That piece he drew of himself (using the dirt/soil) was AMAZING. Now, THATS more like it. So spiritual. Its very captivating.
I wasn't impressed at all with anybody else's work. The only thing I would've changed was that Peregrine went home with Jaclyn (instead of that other girl, who made the weird alien-like coconut thing).
All I can do is laugh at this point. I mean, Miles wreaks of that pretentious "so abstract its definitive"/ "so subtle, its meaningful" conceit. The british guy (I forgot his name) said to him "well, its very elaborate. A very interesting way of making cheesecake". LOL
I'm not saying he's the worst artist. But, where's the heart & soul? Where's the emotion?

I understand that what Miles does is what usually sells at art galleries in Soho & Chelsea, but I don't like none of that shit either. I can't connect with it. I want somethng thats got SOUL. Or ateast something that will grab my interest long enough to make me want to explore it more.

I wonder if he's really stepping outside of himself. Because thats the same problem I see with Angelo. The prick keeps making the same shit. Sure, it may taste good. But, he's playing it safe,...and thats boring.
