Best Recent co-op XBox 360 games?

Hey I'm new to the 360 and I'm like Rip Van Winkle, I know almost nothing of recent trends, movies, TV shows, games etc. I never even owned a cell phone and I quit watching TV for the most part in 2001. With that said lol...

In your opinion, what are some of the BEST co-op or multiplayer games out for the 360. I don't get into sports games. I love zombies, shooting, playing co-op with my grrl. Too many games like Bully have crappy co-op modes. Looking for some bettter games to unwind and play together with my girlfriend.

Some of my past favorite console & pc games have been the GTA series, Freedom Fighters, City of Heroes, Dungeon Siege, Saint's Row and APB if that helps.

Sense You like Zombie and Shooters I suggest you play Left 4 Dead, Gears of War 1 and 2, Halo Reach, Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad, Lost Planet 2, and It's a few Good one you can buy from the Xbox live Market Place.

seriously, your best bet would of been to get a cheap wii, since its populated with a lot of co-op, to multi player none online games.

Thanks for all the suggestions...we have a wii too BK if you wanted to suggest some games you like on that. We usually play Smash Bros Brawl & Mario Kart on it.

I just tried out the demo for L4D Dre & it's fun as hell lol. Can't wait til she gets home, we're gonna up be playing game demos until 4 o clock in the morning.
