I know it's a late notice but I'm going to be doing another fire performance at Exit on North Ave. this coming Sunday. I'd love to see some high'y melanated peeps in the crowd!!!! Also my band Severed Tether is playing a show at Goose Island Brew pub in Wrigleyville on 3535 N. Clark. doors open at 8pm and its on BLACK FRIDAY!!!! There, now you have no reason to be bored, lol!

Okay you guys so there's this guy that wants me to be in his band and he's been asking me for like a year. I've been saying no because one his band doesn't fit the style of music that I really want to play and two if I were to join I don't think I would put 100% effort into whatever my job would be. He plays his own original songs and honestly they don't do anything for me, it's not something I could see myself doing and since I would want to be the vocalist I couldn't sing those songs. A friend told me to join and just offer ideas and gradually get him to make heavier music but he's more rooted in like soft/classic rock and he never spoke of listening to metal. I want so much to be in a metal/hard rock band and I'm not seeing that as his vision anytime soon. What do you guys think I should do?

Looks lime the band thing isn't working out for me so, in that case, anyone looking for a singer for a metal band/project? I'm pretty good at it i think and I'm somewhat of a screamer. I have a vocal cover on my page. I have a couple more vocal covers on my YouTube page as well
