i'll back up my statement.

you and me and a few other people.

george w. bush. dick cheney. the generally racist infrastructure of political systems in general and in the world at large. how easy it is for the system to use manipulation to turn ethnic groups against each other. how it seems like an uphill battle to get people to reconsider racist approach.

i feel that the ARA has always been weak compared to the larger picture of bigits in the whirled, what they do to turn people against each other.

when i add "against homophobia and sexism..."
then I want to just walk away and not deal with people.

i wish i had a different story to tell.

ARA has been beating down KKK and nazis at thier own rallies on & off for years when they rally up here in Chicagoland. we got 4 chapters & people have put neo nazis in the hospital at rallies over the last ten years at least 3 times that I can remember, not to mention, showing up & counter-demonstrating back when the cops used to be on thier side.

when the cops quit that shit, the real skinheads & ARA here took the opportunity to get in thier & throw some elbows. nazis hold all thier shows off in the woods for a reason. also, the first ARA I ran into was in Pensacola, FL back in the mid-90's...they did thier work & they have thier place. more power to em.
