The federal govt. has decided that it will not prosecute the police officers involved in the 2006 shooting death of Sean Bell.The news comes from the Dept. of inJustice, which said that there is insufficient evidence to suggest that the officers acted willfully during the shooting. To me this sends a clear message to black people that you have no power to stop this kind of action.this particular incedent happened in N.Y.C. but it could of taken place anywhere in America. I believe that we as Aficans in america need to organize ourselves poitically and economically to put pressure on the govt. to get what our people need.

There should be domestic laws that reflect international laws for war tribunals and such... like a domestic crimes tribunal or something... in which international laws could be administered domestically.
