AFRO-PUNK

... the other Black experience

hey not only am I on meds which are hard on your liver but I used to drink like a pirate from about the age of 21 to 28 so I'm looking up foods and what not to make your liver stronger. For example I remember a night drinking 6 forties of Steel Reserve, plus whiskey shots & beer. Want to help the ole liver out. It regenerates and heals even when you damn near kill it, but it takes a while. Anybody got any tips for staying off a colostomy bag for another 20 years or so?

the good news is that as long as you haven't destroyed over 75% if your liver, that thing can grow back completely at full function. the bad news is the white coats don't know why, check this out:

i've looked around for some info on this myself over the years (too many years of beer for breakfast, lunch and dinner during my 20's) and found a bunch of stuff-- but i can't tell whether it's science or voodoo. you be the judge:

6 forties of steel reserve! Damn I drank two and felt comatose yet delirious. I end up smashing a punk's head against the wall.
