Anyone in Richmond VA have practice space to group up while learning?

I'm in Richmond, VA and relearning to play the guitar (pretty much from the start).
  
It was always fun the first time to learn and practice with other people doing the same thing.  Helps with the motivation - if people show up often enough.
  
I don't have any room here, but if someone else is learning their instrument and doesn't mind the sound of others doing the same, maybe we can get a group of people to support each other in learning.
