i'm having the same problem. I found quorn products which are soy free but are made with milk or egg/egg white. i've been trying to avoid soy but i'm finding it difficult. i've also been trying to avoid wheat and i've found that a lot of gluten free products are also soy free. nature's path has some gluten free cereal products which are soy free. i also like amy's products. if u go on the website there's an icon to show the soy free products. i like the black bean and rice burrito. i'll let u know as i come across any other products.

Soy has phytoestrogens in them. So naturally you would think, "hey, extra estrogen, who doesn't need that?" BUT in actuality extra estrogen has been commonly found in leading causes of breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility, and low libido. I've provided a link as well that outlines everything else as well. http://www.foodrenegade.com/dangers-of-soy/. Furthermore, soy in a fermented state, is fine. But because it is mass produced, blah blah blah, it then becomes a "waste" and is used in foods to become consumed. But at any rate read the link I've provided! :)
