... the other Black experience

" ...as I go into many wholistic supermarkets that sell organic foods and vegetarian foods, everybody's shopping chart doesn't reflect vegetarian living at least to the definition I follow. Everybody's chart has soy-this and soy-that, soy protein, soy milk, etc. These are great foods, but there are little to no vegetables in these carts.

....These soya products are good when you're making a transition from being a carnivore (flesh eater) ot a herbivore (vegetarian)....The starch is a substitute because they still feel the need to consume foods that are heavy and filling. They don't want to just eat salads because it's not heavy enough.

In my observation, the majority of the people in the health food stores are starchetarians. They're wholistic starchetarians. I wouldn't call them vegetarians because when you look in their shopping carts the majority of the foods are starches, grains, whole nuts, breads and pastas, cereals, brown rice, and soy products.

...Now I'm not saying anything is wrong with eating starches. All I'm saying is that we need to be clear on the precise definition of our consumption...

Most vegetarians are not aware that they are starchetarians. They're consuming a vast amount of starches and they call themselves vegetarians. To clarify and avoid confusion, I have to distinguish myself from them and let it be known that I'm a chlorophyllion. A chlorophllion is Supa Nova Slom's true definition for a true vegetarian, not a vegan and not a vegetarian-the true vegetarian ( A chlorophyllion will consume 90 percent to 100 percent full capacity of chlorophylic foods-because with chlorophylic foods like your kale, spinach, your broccoli, chard, and all your green, leafy vegetables, including parsley, barley, and wheatgrass, you have a rich capacity for protein and calcium. So, I get all of my protein and my needed calcuim from the kale. Kale, out of all the green leaves, has the highest potency of calcium, so does wheatgrass, which rejuvenates the cells, boosts the immune system, helps digestion and strengthens the bones. So, with that being said, that's what makes Supa Nova Slom a chlorophyllion.

Chlorophyll is liquid oxygen to the body Temple. That's the difference between a 'commercial' vegan/vegetarian and a chlorophyllion.. A modern vegetarian is really a starchetarian. They don't realize ths, but I'm telling you rigth now. If you're consuming 90 percent to 100 percent mainly starches, you are a starchetarian, period. If you are consuming a majority of vegetables, you are a true vegetarian, or chlorophyllion."

Hope you find this helpful on the path to better eating...I had to dust this book of the shelf myself, as a reminder that when I made the choice to eat better, I had some really good books to help me.. Except is from Heal Thyself for health and Longevity by Queen Afua
