So, how many surfers do we have in the afropunk community? Where do you surf the most? Do you short board or long board, or bodyboard?
I love to surf and just be in the ocean. If I don't have a board, bodysurfing is one of the purest forms to surf, however short boarding is my favorite. I like to surf like I skate ( ollies, airs, tail slides.....) and skate like I surf flow fast and spontanious. My quiver consists of 5 magic QUASHI boards. love your links! I'm not a surfer probably more of a wannabe. Went body boarding in biarritz last year. Discovered I was actually rather shit! I was also supposed to try a proper board this weekend in dorset UK, but it rained (dammit) so no waves for me.
There have got to be more people out there though... come on! makes yourselves heard! xxx -
