I think p90x is one of the best tools for someone on a low budget. If you're committed and follow the dvds, then you will get results.

I go to anytime fitness, it's open 24/7 so i hit it after work and school, you get one free day to get to know the ropes with a trainer, and they give you a routine. It's so much fun :)

Get a jump rope! Best old school cardio. Boxers do it. 30 minutes of jumping is around 250 calories. ..and you can take a jump rope anywhere. no more excuses. lol.
