What's up LA Afro Punks?! I'm Vixen Noir and I'm producing a west coast music tour coming through L.A. the weekend of June 6! We're looking for 1 Black Queer Music Artist to do a 15 minute set to open our show. All local artists split 10% of the ticket/door income after expenses. You can sell merchandise. It's a great opportunity to promote a new album or EP or mixtape, etc. Hit me up if you're interested. Here's the link to our facebook page: facebook.com/blackesquemusictour and website: vixennoir.com/blackesque-2015.

Thank you.

Julie Dash Film Festival discussion. I  screened a heavy film on depression in the black community, a comedy about being a

black actress in Los Angeles, and the behind the scene making, of a natural hair fashion book.  See you next year at the #BlkGrrrl Book Fair March 2016
