There's also a great female-positive open mic night at the Old Miami every Tuesday called the Foundation. They usually have emcees, but I've seen jazz and soul, and I KNOW they'd love female rock/punx to either do open mic or set up a headlining set. http://www.facebook.com/groups/theFoundation5e/
