i've been rocking the 'hawk for about 2 years now. it is the first thing that i finally committed too having ended a long term relationship that destroyed my faith in humans. i have been changing the color from time to time, it is the style i should have been born with and i totally love it!

Haven't mohawked since the early fall. I am ready for another. Everytime I think want to do some other braided, cornroll, or twisted style The Mo keeps calling me, callin' me back. Trying to cook up something I have't done b4.

@ no_way_out: yeah actually if u want a long one that stands up & its thin, our hair is better for that 2 tell u the truth. I went for about a year w/ a foot long mohawk shaved up thin & all I had to do was spray Aqua Net or some shit on it.

...even when it flopped down from me sweatin in the pit, would stand back up after I dried off usually

Yeah i'm rocking the fro, myself. My hawk looks better like this than I think it'd look with it straightened with a blow dryer/straightener.
