I'm a CUNY BA studentm which is a program that allows you to construct yr own major by taking courses from any senior CUNY college. My home college is CCNY, but I also take courses at Hunter. I love my college experience. I pretty much get to take whatever courses I want with whichever profs at whatever school. I must add that I am a position of privilege since I work in an administrative office I don't have to deal with as much red tape. Over all I think going to CUNY is the best fit for me academically, socially, and career-wise.

Also, a friend in my collective is a student at Lehman. Although I'm not sure if she'll if ever graduate since she just missed her last chance to take a CPE last wee! X[

Also my collective is holding a fundraiser party on Friday Feb 5th. You should come through to our afro-punk house in Harlem:

I attend NYIT (New York Institute of Technology). I'm pursuing a Masters in Communication Arts (Web and Interactive Media). I love my school because its hands on and prepares us with industry related projects, internships/externships with good companies, networking, and tours of degree-related businesses (HBO, Radio Stations, 3D/Editing studios, etc.). The downside is the poor scheduling of classes. I have to attend both NYC and Long Island campuses just to get the classes I need for the semester. Also, the school won't solve the issue of "75% of what I need to learn for any job will be learned on the job." (unless my future career is where I score a sweet internship).
sorry its taken me months to reply i dont like it as much its too big and i hate going at night it may be better if you go at day common hour and all that easy to get involved
