Once again it's been a while since I've been on my own page! Sorry about that. I'll try to keep more of a presence here in the future.

So, I have a question: to jojn this, does it matter how straight edge tou are? Last I looked up the term, it mean you didn't drink, smoke, do drugs or sleep around. Then, they start adding that you are a vegetarian, don't take anything caffeinated, etc. So, I was always curious about what straight edge mean to people and whether the practice is as extensive.

Here's a blast from my hardcore past. My old band DOWNSHIFT's first show back in January 1997. LOL

Sorry I haven't been around for a while. New relationship, new baby, new town, new job. LOL

Glad to have 33 people in here. We're small but dedicated to the edge. Some people think it's ridiculous to be claiming straight edge at my age but I don't see it that way. Oh well, I've always gone against the grain more or less. Why stop being that way now? =)

My friend and I do a podcast called Save It For The Breakdown. We are two middle-aged hardcore kids from Austin, Texas that sit around talking about music. Check it out here. www.saveitforthebreakdown.wordpress.com

Nice to see more people here. I'm still representing XXX as always. Just made up a new batch of vinyl SXE stickers as well. If anyone wants a few just pm me an address and I'll get them out to you. =)
