My friend and I do a podcast called Save It For The Breakdown. We are two middle-aged hardcore kids from Austin, Texas that sit around talking about music. Check it out here. www.saveitforthebreakdown.wordpress.com

Nice to see more people here. I'm still representing XXX as always. Just made up a new batch of vinyl SXE stickers as well. If anyone wants a few just pm me an address and I'll get them out to you. =)

I fall along similar lines as DJC.  I guess I'm somewhat straight edge because I don't consume alcohol or other substances.  But I make NO judgements at all to anyone's personal choices at all.  Know yourself and be safe.

I'm a vegetarian "cheatin' vegan" who occasionally injests a egg or milk-contained product. I wear leather at times; I respect some PETA ideals but some positions they take are self-righteous a-holeness I refuse to be identified with.  I'm attempting to control my sugar and carbohydrate habit better.

sobriety came after nearly years of substance abuse of all kinds. it was great! i had a lot of drug/alcohol/plant-induced fun. i chose to go sober about 4 years ago - too much plegm & crazy dreams. MAJOR life changes happened around that time. straight edge? not quite. i'll still have a shot of rum when i'm sick or the occasional glass of wine with dinner, but i still feel sxe by comparison. btw love GB since the 80's
