HELP! ...pwease...

K, so I am in New York for school until summer, then I am going back home to Cali to stay. (its a long story)

Anyway, I need to get a tattoo while I am here. I am interested in something small for right now: some words between my thumb and fore finger and/or a cresent moon behind my ear. I also really want to get me nose pierced. (this will be my third time getting that done, another long story, so Im not so worried about that)

Thus, my questions are:

A) I am looking for:

    1) A good place to go for, preferably, both procedures.

    2) Some place that wont give me shit if it turns out that im a     huge pussy and cry

    3) CLEANLINESS!

    4) An artist that does good shading. (for the crescent moon)

B) IF I decide I want both, or all three procedures in the same day, is that possible/ok? Or does that depend on the artist? None of these will take very long so, if I can handle the pain, I would prefer to get them done on the same day.

C) Whats a good price for something like a small tattoo such as a few words, or a well shaded moon? Easier, how about a nose piercing? (I need for the ring to be gold, I am allergic to silver) 

 I would much rather pay more for a good job, versus less and get crappy work that Ill regret.

D) Finally, what is a good tip? I have no idea.
