I'm reading Song of Solomon for the first time and it's made me fall in love with Toni Morrison all over again. I haven't read anything by her since high school when I was reading with a bunch of privileged-ass white kids who hated reading Beloved and The Bluest Eye. I hated that experience and now I get to have her all to myself. I love her with all of my heart. Or a least little pieces of it...
