It's been a long time, but it turns out I've been inspired to take a short detour into rap. Why?
Early last month, someone tweeted "I Think I'm Andrew W.K." The man who shares such namesake retweeted it. I suddenly started thinking about how political rapper Sole would perform raps like "I Think I'm Noam Chomsky" or "I Think I'm Emma Goldman". This gave me the idea that someone like Sole should rap that, but it seemed least likely since politics was more his forte. Then, the same dude…

So, after a bit of crisis of faith, I had finally finished an EP. At this point, it could best be called a demo. I am jsut putting enough touches to call it a true official EP.
I stuck with the idea of using keyboards and pianos to create a more electronic/futuristic take on anti-folk/punk/alternative music with some classical influence. All is bright,
All is lovely
That is where I was born

Where adversity is hardly a brick in the wall
A piece of reality
That the world has yet to realize
That is where I am born
That's where I live
That is where I will die

But that idea is not really easy to tackle when you don't have a lot of time. So, this week, I am planning to write a few poems (starting now), and record them. If the recording doesn't show, you will most definitely get a couple of poems that i wrote that has a lot to do with…

Ah good to hear. Just getting back to classes after a break, I miss it already. Good luck with the songwriting though.
And yourself by the way?
Hello, thanks for the comment. And for pointing out the broken link, I will get on to fixing that. However, I've just been busy with college and just feeling like I am going to shut down because this one class is driving me mad. But I'll get through it one way or another, I know it.
