We are in the process of booking a gig at the Tonic Lounge, and are looking for the city's top bands to add to the evening's lineup. Can you hip me to the best metal/rock/punk bands in the city? Also, what are other cool, small venues (200 cap.) that we should consider?

"io!" back. I'm good. Thanks for the moral support. The viewpoint is so strong, its like a message "from the heavens" at times... so I've concluded that my innate state is crazy and that my serious about it is a natural thing.

1) I'm moving back to the USA (but inspirit I still want to travel).
2) I dig sci-fi and fantasy, leaning more towards fanciful science and fictional fantasies... ("?", tell me about it.). But I do enjoy historical fiction when done immaculately realistic., (i.e. Takehiko Inoue and his series "Vagabond").
