About Me
As one half of one of Philly’s most popular and respected Hip-Hop crews, Da Regulaterz, Jemal Carter (a/k/a Supreem Da Regulata’) has enjoyed much success. After the groups break up, Supreem was on a mission. A notoriously hard worker, he is 100 percent dedicated to his craft. An incredible live performer, his style can be described as “money makin’ basement Hip-Hop for the masses”. Along with hot Philly producer and activist Docta Shock of Darkworld Entertainment, Supreem recorded an awesome album “Breathe” in 2000 which included the popular single “Where I’m From” a/k/a The Philly Song. He also has three movies under his belt including “Crime Partners” (featuring Ja Rule, Ice T. and Snoop Dog). He has opened for acts such as: The Roots, Fat Joe, KRS-1. Luke, Dougie Fresh, the late Notorious B.I.G. and folks are still talking about his performance at The Dell East, as the opening act for EVE and Beanie Sigel. Because of his positive attitude and spirituality, Supreem is always giving back to the community. He was one of the featured performers on a 30 date high school for the “Making a Difference against Guns and Violence” program with Malik Aziz. Supreem is the total package, dependable, talented, dedicated, experienced, professional and full of personality. So much that he was asked to join the urban X-Pressions team, Billboard magazine’s 1 independent video show. He was known as the “ Word on the Street” with his exciting interviews and coverage of the entertainment scene for over five years. Supreem is currently the frontman/MC of a Funk Rock Hip-Hop band called Da Rezarekt. Known as the “livest Band” on the planet, Da Rezarekt songs attract everyone, from the hardest Hip-Hop headz to the casual listener, old, young, black, white, they reach them all! Not your average MC, Supreem is headed for Busta, DMX, Will Smith status. He is Still the host of many events and DVD magazines such as “Hip-Hop Illustrated”. Supreem is gonna be very big….Very soon.
