- afro~surinamese dude. i moved to chicago (from amsterdam) in august 2009 to commence my doctoral study at northwestern. 6'3" - tall and lanky. i love to ride my bike, not particularly fond of weather conditions or drivers that obstruct this love. i am rigid in some ways (politics) and flexible in others (politics). baking bread is also one of my hobbies, as breaking it with another person is a fundamental necessity in life (people ought to try it sometime, yeah i said it). in my free time i like to read speculative fiction (read: scifi/fantasy/continental philosophy)

Can you suggest a legit shop then? I finally dug this thing outta the closet and toyed around with it, got greasy. Played with the chain a little and called myself accomplishing something. There's this promising book that I'm waiting to get my hands on, but in the mean time...
