- Lovey defies categorization and spits in the face of bland conformity. Fueled by the desire to create music that's heavy, grooves, and challenges the mind, the members of Lovey sought each other out. If you put the fundamentals of metal/hard rock in a blender with equal parts melodicism & musical cynicism and dashes of punk angst, irony, and suppressed aggression, you will get something like Lovey. All four of us love a a sick riff, a solid hook, and a good mosh pit! If you like Glassjaw, Tool, Faith No More, Just Like Vinyl, Sevendust, Deftones, and Silverchair, we may be your next favorite band- LOVEY
