I heard about Bad Brains when I was 13 in '93! At the same, I was into Onyx, Wu-Tang all of that gangster stuff.

I heard Winter's Into Darkness album. The craziest shit I've heard in years! Its a combo of crust/death/doom metal. They only came out with 1 album in 1990, but their presence is still felt in the nyc doom metal scene
