As we get ready for our trip to Europe we cant help but think about AfroPunk Festival 2011. This summer we have been blessed with alot of opportunities to perform at festivals up and down the east coast. Each festival is monumental in its own right. But it would truly be an honor to perform at AfroPunk 2011 because the people have power and have a say in who they see perform. AfroPunk is a movement and we all contribute to the success of this movement. As mainstream entertainment flood…

As I sit in this whack cafe tryna snatch some free wifi and starving to death. I go and commit the ultimate sin...... anarchists only, a life motto.
made a choice a long time ago.
no socialists and doublethink
no communists and the harsh boot of statist domination
anarchists only. so others can
call it a pose
deny its adequacy, the autonomy
force others to do as they say
end up being just like the system that dominates us all
never a source of freedom of liberation
just
why be punk
without anarchy
nazis do it
Hey fellas, good luck on your tour!!
Let's meet when you are back in NYC. I have a project/opportunity I'd like to propose.
I wanted to touch base after my gig on the 22nd - but life threw me some curveballs...been offline for some time, didn't realize my personal profile was still live (Dennis Leroy Kangalee) -- was doing impromptu poetry reading and abridged version of my performance piece "Gentrified Minds" with my band, Children of Warhol...
Check out our link; http://www.afropunk.com/profile/TheChildrenofWarhol
I'm going to combine my profiles to avoid confusion... Keep storming the barricades. Let us know when you're back in Brooklyn...Stay in touch
Peace.
