Some people see it as a competition. Read the Isis Papers by Dr. Frances Cress Welsing. That will give you insight as to why some people "cheat".

I am an artist, activist and director in film and tv who left the security of working in TV in NYC to keep my sister's ATL based non-profit alive. .A passion for change fuels my life. It fueled my sister's life too. She was a Doctor, Classical Singer and a Filmaker Educated at Howard University. A true Renaissance woman.
From Medicine to Music to Movies.....she did it all and started a non-profit in ATL to create excitement about learning through teaching film production.She supported it out of her pocket from 1997 til passing away in April 2008.
