I currently don't practice anything. -__- But I've always had fondness for the beauty of Chinese martial arts, piguaquan, xing yi and wing chun, particular. :)

I notice a trend/pattern people (mainly athiests and agnostics) when debating/discussing religion and spirituality with them.....most of the time they find it difficult to separate the two. You say "spirituality"...…
