- "Regret Nothing | Write Everything" is the mantra echoing behind the images in the poetry of spoken word artist Shelly Bell poetically known as "She Seven". She is a published author and director of Seven City Art Society, LLC. Nominated in the Annual Baltimore Crown Awards for Poet of the Year, cohost at Busboys and Poets, spotlight performances at the Black LUV Festival and the National Poetry Awards as well as featuring as a spoken word artist in two stage plays, it is evident that She Seven is most defintely passionate about her art. Her raspy voice and laid back personality combined with real world experiences inspire all who come in contact with her.
