Profile Information

Name
Sociopathixxxx
About Me
I am a hardcore hip-hop artist who is out here trying to raise the mental awareness of the people who are brain dead. I am dedicated to making music with a strong rebellious message in hopes to spark the fire of revolution in the people who are ruled and exploited by greedy corporations and there political pawns.

I call myself Sociopathixxx because I am entirely against this society we live in as it stands today. Why am I against this system we live in? Well mainly because the masses are victimized and pitted against one another to keep us as subservient workers who live pay check to pay check while a few selfish blood suckers reap all the benefits of cheap labor.

I blend different styles of music over a hip-hop bottom in efforts to make a hard edge sound. My style was nicknamed "Ghetto Metal" by my producer Supreme while I was recording my debut album "Graffiti Poetry". I generally look at my style as just being hardcore hip-hop with a lot of metal & punk influences.

I appreciate all the support people show. Keep fighting the power to the best of your ability.

What format do you prefer to buy music in: Physical or Digital?

I thinks its cool you can buy music online and pick what songs you like but I always enjoyed looking at who engineered, produced, mastered and executive produced all the artists I supported. I liked the art work and everything that sometimes helped explain the point of view the artist was coming from. I think some of the intangibles that come with artwork are lost in translation with the digital format.

Stay Dedicated Fanzine Interview 2007

1. Sociopathixxx is a very interesting and innovative name for such a self aware and self conscious artist. Where did the name originate from?

I came up with the name back in like 95. I was just trying to come up with something different at the time. The name represents the fact that I am against the society we live in. The 3 X's is there to represent all sorts of things. It can stand for knowledge, wisdom &… Continue
