        This blog was inspired by a recent event here at AP that I won't go into now, hopefully it's over and done with but that still remains to be seen. I offended an AP member with some jokes I made but promptly apoligized when she told me how she felt. A few days later I get a message from a friend of the AP member and she lays into me again about my comments and tells me that I really scared the hell out of the girl.

   I once was in a four-man group pretending to be the Beatles. We started out playing to a small audience but word got out and led to a "performance" in front of a much larger crowd.

      With my trusty MP 3 video downloader I downloaded a video of the classic Eric Burton and the Animals's song, We gotta get out of this place. It was part of a segment of a documentry on the British Invasion of the early 60.'s when British bands like the Beatles and Rolling Stones first hit US shores.

    A while back I went through an ugly experience as a result of joining a goth chat liine. To begin with, I was new to a conscious identification with the subculture and new to chat lines too, so I had some hurdles to jump. I didn't expect i'd have to jump them in a mine field though.

   It's pretty much "old hat" that it's hard to find good images of black goths on the inernet or anywhere else, for that matter. When I first began to examine this subculture, I collected a ton of pictures_ most of them of white goths. I didn't care at first, because race wasn't the issue but I knew black goths were out there so I kept my eyes, and hope open.
