Black Music History Month: Top 10 Black Guitarists?

Not sure if you're aware of this, but US President Barack Obama proclaimed June 2011 'Black Music History Month', and even mentioned rock in the official proclamation: "The artistic depth of soul, rock and roll, and hip-hop not only bring together people across our Nation, but also energize and shape the creativity of artists around the world", it reads. In honor of this, popular/mainstream Black news website thegrio.com published a list of their 'Top 10 Black Guitarists': Lenny Kravitz, Tom Morrello (Rage Against The Machine), Dr. Know (Bad Brains), Buddy Guy, Eddie Hazel (Funkadelic), B.B. King, Slash (Guns N' Roses), Chuck Berry, Prince and number 1: Jimi Hendrix. Sooo... What do you all think? Who's on YOUR list? Let us know in the comments.

I don't know crap about Slash being Black.  For some reason I thought he was part pilipino.

@Mosley, no, June is Black MUSIC history month, not Black History month.   The President snuck in a second Black History month, so now there are TWO.  Heh heh.
