... the other Black experience

Hope folks enjoy it. I'll be positive but realistic; I've missed the last couple Roots pinics because in my opinion the line-ups have been on steady decline in appeal. Or maybe it's what's going on in music...
I went to the first few and had a blast. Public Enemy, TV On The Radio, Black Keys, Wu-Tang, J*Davey, Jay Electronica, Santigold, DJ Jazzy Jeff, the Clipse, DJ Ca$h Money, Gary Bartz, Res, and others that I missed like Nas and De La Soul.
But now the line-ups have not compelled me to pay the $80+ they were charging. They did get smart and charge $50 for one day passes and lower for both days. I would like to see Gary Clark jr and the incomprable DJ Premier but everyone else listed eh I like what Araab Muzik and Gaslamp Killer do but I'm not kicking myself for moving from Philly or planning a big weekend returning for just this . I ain't sweating this one, all who go have a ball.
