MORE ABOUT THE BANDS:
Death:
They were punk before punk was punk! You’ve heard of the Detroit band called DEATH that was formed in the 1970s? Maybe you’ve read the New York Times article, or have read reviews in Rolling Stone, Spin Magazine, National Public Radio, The BBC, Melody Magazine, Dazed And Confused, The Chicago Tribune, The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press, Fader Magazine, or even the Howard Stern Show and you feel that you know the story. Maybe you have heard the great and legendary release of the tracks recorded at Detroit's United Sounds Recording Studio in 1974/1975, "FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE". Although all of the above is true and well written regarding the Death story, the half is still yet to be told. All we can tell you is that something strange and wonderful is happening in our lives and all of it has to do with Rock-N-Roll. This web site is developed to keep you informed of DEATH movements as we embark on this amazing journey, stay tuned, and as the elder brother the late (but early) David Hackney would say:"It's Rock-N-Roll!!!"

Cerebral Ballzy:
Cerebral Ballzy are known for their love of 80s punk, along with a keen interest in drinking, girls, pizza and skateboarding. The band has received praise for their debut single Insufficient Fare and their energetic live performances. According to the lead singer, Honor Titus, the name Cerebral Ballzy came from a friend who dropped a slice of pizza on a train track and picked it up. Honor said “That was ballsy” and his friend replied “Cerebral Ballsy!”. The band has completed a tour of the US and played major UK festivals including Hevy Music, Sonisphere and Latitude. They played at the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan and the Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK in August 2011.

Ninjasonik:
"Ninjasonik are tha future. Jah Jah's the punk, Telli's the rapper, and Teenwolf keeps the beat spinning. Easy to love hard to hate (unless you're a hater), Ninjasonik come from a place of pure adulation for what they get to do and the good people they get to do it with. Rhythms and synths so filthy they make songs about pregnancy, aids, and tight pants seem like odes to the dancefloor and the company of friends. You already know!" -popmontreal.com

Jersey Klan:
Jersey Klan ( NJ Street Klan) is a collective from New Jersey bringing a new spin to “Hip-hop culture” by blazing their own trail based on positivity, fun, individuality and community spirit. The Jersey Klan’s tribe consist 5 core members, two of which are hip-hop artists: Jean Lebrun “Darth Vader", and Moruf Adewunmi “Moruf (Mo-roof)”.The collective has created events of all sorts from the hardcore punk/hip-hop mash-ups to art exhibitions, not limiting themselves when it comes to artistic expression, in any outlet or genre. Click here for a video of one of Moruf's powerful performances. Darth Vader’s upcoming mix tape K.K.K. (Kool Kidz of Kolor) will be released on 11.11.11.
