"Afro-Punk 2009 Tour Journal" with Whitney Summer Boyd
If you didn't think Afro-punk could get any more awesome, we went ahead and had our first 20 city music and arts tour. Headlined by poet, musician, and feathered out, Saul Williams, Afro-punk shared our Brooklyn based festival to the U.S. featuring more than 15 Afro-punk bands, artists, and BMX bike riders. Follow our city-by-city experience with featured blogger and photographer, Whitney Summer, as she catches the shows, the bands, the fans, and all that good shit along the road.
