afropunk premiere: czarface drop epic future-funk theme song for multimedia comicbook adventure

Hot on the heels of their collaboration with Marvel Comics for ‘Black Panther’, crazy-talented collective Czarface (DJ 7L, Esoteric, and Inspectah Deck from Wu Tang Clan) is releasing a multimedia read-along comic/soundtrack called “First Weapon Drawn”. The audio/visual adventure won’t be out until April 22nd, in conjuncture with Record Store Day, but Czarface is premiering the project’s funked-out theme song (below) and it’s bananas. Stop what you’re doing and press play. And be sure to pick up “First Weapon Drawn” next month.
