The Konvalescent is an indie metalcore band from the ATL. A quartet of talented musicians—Alan Lundy – Lead Vocalist, Asante “Ash” Shakur- Guitarist/Vocalist, Brian “Mephisto” Legree- Guitar, James Taylor – Bass, LaNise Essick – Drums—who are beasting out some of the most hardcore tunes in the city.
