Check out ‘Emerald Quest’—a bi-monthly comic book series written and created Michael Watson, with art by James Gage, letters by Danny Cooper and editor Erik McAlister. The gorgeous, mystical world of ‘Emerald Quest’ is set in a far-away land of Allyon where life’s circumstances are hard and made harder by Queen Syrah and her army. When young Marki is ritualistically sacrificed in the Reckoning, her opportunity for retaliation rather than submission becomes clear. And in fighting back, Marki catches the eye of the Queen and is recruited and trained to be an elite soldier. The question is, will Marki use her training and power position for the powers that be or will she make the ultimate sacrifice for those who need it. ‘Emerald Quest’ will premiere at New York Comic Con (October 6-9) under Legacy Rising Publishing at booth #1267.
