Merry Christmas all. As a Christmas treat I thought I’d bring you the 12 Best Solange Knowles outfits of 2012. I think everyone would agree that besides one or two outfits, Solange Knowles was one of, if not the Best dressed woman of 2012. Not only did she stay on trend, but she stuck to her master skills of pattern mixing, showed some leg and wore her natural hair (and some protective styles) out loud and proud.
I bring you The 12 Best Solange Knowles outfits of 2012: In January Solange attended and DJ’d the Tiffany celebration of the launch of True Love in Pictures with the Sartorialist Scott Schuman and Garance Dore. Rockin’ a neon dress, leopard print cot and color-blocking heels, Solo started the 2012 year of fashion off fun and fashionable.

In February Solange DJ’d at Ajna in New York City for the BCBG Max Azria & Herve Leger party. Who knew she had such amazing legs?

In May Solange attended the the Costume Institute Benefit Gala where she wore a simple yellow Rachel Roy gown. Later that month attended the 2012 Party in the Garden benefit showing more leg.

In June Solange attended the 2012 CFDA Fashion Awards and the Stella McCartney Spring 2012 Presentation.

In September Solange attended the Milan Womens Fashion Week Spring/Summer in an all white number serving old Hollywood Glamour in her hair’s ever so hot natural state.

October was the American Ballet Theatre Opening Night Fall and the Premiere screening of “Everything or Nothing: The Untold Story of 007.” What made these looks amazing were the quick change of hair. From Straight back to her natural Fro’ Solange is one not to mess with.

November was a great month for patterns and Solange wore them well. She DJ’d for the opening of the H & M store in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Later that month she made her way into the ‘Glamour Women of the Year Awards’ at Carnegie Hall.

Last but certainly not least, on December 3, 2012 in New York City Solange attended Ermenegildo Zegna “Essenze” Collection Launch event wearing this very leggy number.
