The goddess known as Angela Davis is releasing a new book next month called, “Freedom Is a Constant Struggle – Ferguson, Palestine, and The Foundation Of A Movement.” “Freedom”, a collection of essays, interviews, and speeches, is a vehicle in which Davis uses to connect the dots between institutionalized state violence and oppression throughout history and all around the world.
In the book, Davis discusses the histories, legacies, and intersectional nature of past liberation struggles against, and causes of, state terror—from Ferguson to Palestine. Davis challenges readers to examine and learn from the movements of the past, to re-build, and to prepare for the constant movement for human liberation. “Freedom Is a Constant Struggle – Ferguson, Palestine, and The Foundation Of A Movement”, available for pre-order.
