About FreeFest Express

Tickets to the 2010 Virgin Mobile FreeFest presented by Kyocera may have “Free’d Out” in a flash, but people who donate their time to youth homeless agencies – especially those living in Chicago, New York and Boston – can now partake in the fun and earn free tickets. Through its partnership with Megabus, Virgin Mobile will be offering volunteers free tickets and transportation to the show along with free hotel accommodations through its “FreeFest Express.”

Volunteers from Boston who sign up on www.virginmobilefreefest.com/freeip and contribute eight hours of time or kit donations will receive two tickets to FreeFest, plus hotel accommodations and transportation.

This year Virgin Mobile USA will partner with Afro Punk, an organization established in 2002 with the mission of giving a voice to thousands of multicultural kids through self-expression, alternative sports, and inspired indie music. Afro Punk will be hosting a number of underground parties designed to recruit diehard music fans to volunteer their time in exchange for a memorable road trip to Virgin Mobile FreeFest.
